Meet the Letter Friends
Kids forget a sound that floats in the air.
They remember a friend.
Make the friend. Find the letter. Say the last line of the poem. That last line is the sound.
You do not have to know every letter name first. Work on names and sounds together.
How we do it:
Get the pattern — print it, or use the ready packet.
Make two puppets if you can: one for you, one for your child.
Cut, glue, and put it together.
Read the poem. Circle the hidden letters.
Practice the last line. That line is the sound.

Making the puppet is the lesson.
The sound at the end is what you keep for the daily drill.
Then you practice the sounds you have met.
